Regenerate X11 wrappers with dynload-wrapper 0.7
Dynload-wrapper 0.7 introduces the --include-dir option which lets us restrict what headers are considered for generation. In this case it removes the `XFreeThreads` Xlib function which does not exist on Ubuntu 22.04 and older.
