	Extend SDL2 Renderer and SDL2-video-demo
Implements CLAY_RENDER_COMMAND_TYPE_IMAGE and CLAY_RENDER_COMMAND_TYPE_BORDER for SDL2. Both have been added to SDL-video-demo to provide examples.
